Gäbi Coffee & Bakery has debuted its “elegant, intimate & sophisticated” concept, complete with a central greenhouse where the coffee is created, hundreds of visual accents to catch the eye and a wooden seating area equipped with its own small slide. Enter through the large, antique door and transport yourself back to an imagined Korean coffee shop, circa 1907-1910, roasting its own beans and serving some of the most visually enticing dishes in Las Vegas.
